Job description
JD for: Pre-Sales Engineer
- Engage with customers and prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their Technical requirements.
- Work closely with sales account managers to develop and deliver technical
presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other technical content.
- Serve as a technical expert on company products and solutions, providing guidance and support to customers and prospects.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitor products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service.
- Identifying potential clients for the companys products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase.
- Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs.
- Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project.
- Conducting feasibility analysis and tests to determine if products or services meet quality standards and SLA.
Required Skill And Qualifications. - Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferred.
3.2+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role.
- Experience with networking solutions and infrastructure.
- Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain solutions in simple terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Salary
2+Years Experience Rs. 25000/- to 30000/-
Incentive will be provided as per company policy
