RAIN is seeking a

Head – Marketing & Sales (Corporate)

who can join the senior management team at its Corporate Office, Hyderabad, and work towards maximizing revenue growth and market share in the states of

Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odisha .

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing and sales strategies with intensive experience in building branding and promotion strategies for an organization. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help building positive relationships both with their associates and customers while driving organizational growth to new heights. Note: The company’s operations are based in South India only.

Responsibilities To develop the entire marketing strategy of the brands with budgeting, forecast and market penetration inputs. Responsible for the ATL/BTL campaign initiatives of the organization. Also be the single point for brand creation, development, awareness, and sustenance. Create and develop a framework for digital marketing/ marketing through e-commerce channels. Co-ordinate with sales team and program manage the sales and revenue growth by analysing trends, bringing innovative ideas and build better topline. Develop and execute sales promotion and multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget to increase brand awareness and thereby boost sales. Think out of the box in bringing innovations in marketing and sales initiatives. Also need to conduct competition mapping, market analysis, appoint channel partners and marketing agencies Do periodic customer satisfaction survey and take measures to improve the same. Also build a better customer experience ecosystem. Collaborate closely with management to develop long-term strategic plans for enabling high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately, steady sales growth. Conduct regular check-ins with marketing and sales teams to monitor progress made towards goals and to identify areas of improvement. Hire, train, lead and mentor a dynamic team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.

Requirements In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and sales best practices Strong sales and customer service skills with a knack for negotiations Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills for maximizing sales employee and team performance. Preferred Qualifications Full time MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed, accredited university More than 20 years’ of experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the FMCG paints, automotive industries with a proven track record of success Experience with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics
