Job description
Position Purpose To assist ANZ Compliance with meeting our evidentiary obligations with regards to the assigned Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Audit Controls To support ANZ Compliance in developing strategic reporting for the Department to assist with root cause analysis to minimise Revenue leakage & Cash impacting issues Risk mitigation, statutory and regulatory Remediation and tracking on assigned SOX Audit Controls Liaise effectively with key internal stakeholders to drive continuous business improvement When needed take on the additional tasks to support the delivery of other Compliance activities in the absence of other team members
Key Accountabilities Liaise with cross functional business stakeholders to secure all evidentiary artefacts relating to the specific controls of that team & processes Liaise and meet with key stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of assigned activities/controls Educate stakeholders on SOX compliance obligations Ensure all SOX Processes and SOP’s are followed & maintained within your assigned controls, including but not limited to all relevant systems Maintain administration duties relating to all SOX controls assigned to the ANZ Compliance Team Completes all audits reviews assigned in a timely manner Minimise credit risk to IMAG ANZ by identifying process improvement opportunities through audit findings and robust reporting metrics Share findings with key stakeholders Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders includes providing clear & concise findings Ensure both Internal & External audit requests are completed in a timely manner Support with other duties as required to ensure the efficient and effective management of applicable compliance and business improvement activates Support with ad hoc projects as requested and within working capacity Qualification & Experience 5-10 years’ experience in Order to Cash Audit & Compliance Role Experience across Agreement to Cash processes Experienced in MS Excel and Statistical analysis Experience in Google SuiteJob tags
