Job Description:

Inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers. Develop marketing strategies to advertise and promote products for organizational success. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements. Manage various social media platforms to promote products and services. Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and conduct research for audience identification. Compile, distribute, and present ideas, information, and strategies. Coordinate promotional activities, events, and interviews. Maintain websites and track data analytics. Update databases and utilize CRM systems. Monitor budgets and performance of marketing campaigns. Provide information and education to customers for optimized outcomes. Promote products and services by delivering relevant and authorized data and disease information. Maintain knowledge of industry, competitor, and buyer dynamics. Engage customers effectively and maximize customer experience. Adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and company values. Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios promptly. Distribute marketing samples where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing. Experience: 3 to 6 years. Teamworking skills. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Adaptability and multitasking capabilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Commercial awareness and numerical proficiency. IT skills, including social media and video editing. Local candidates preferred.
