Job Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at AdviseBee Innovations Private Limited. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various open positions within the company. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the Information Services industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as online job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment events
