Job Overview We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at AdviseBee Innovations Private Limited. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various open positions within the company. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the Information Services industry is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as online job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment events
