Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDM/Online Bidder for multiple IT companies . As a BDM/Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through online platforms and bidding websites. This is a full-time position with a focus on web and mobile application bidding. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding and possess excellent communication and team management skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a BDM/Online Bidder
- Proven track record of generating business through online bidding platforms,Like upwork,PPH ,Guru, freelancer etc
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with web and mobile and web application bidding processes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify business leads through various online platforms and bidding websites
- Understand client requirements and prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Track and report key sales metrics to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
