Job description

Manager - HR Business Partner

10 -12 years of experience in HR BP function for IT or ITES organization Experience in Employee Life cycle HR process including Performance management, talent Management, Business partnering. Ability to derive insights from data and conceptualize and drive initiatives at Org. level or division level for higher levels of employee engagement and retention. Work on external benchmarks such as GPTW Ability to interact and influence senior business leadership Conflict resolution & negotiation skills

Job location - Trivandrum Shift - Night shift ( 4:30PM to 1:30 AM)
