Job description

Purpose :

1. Building positive relationships with customers and Agents

2. Assisting with generating new business

- Identifying opportunities for greater profits Servicing the existing client base

Interfaces :

1. Underwriting/Claims/ Product Development/ Marketing/Operations

2. All Channel Partners and Clients

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Identification & mapping of the existing SME Market Agent Wise Specific Product Based Need identification of these Markets/Clients.

2. Recruitment of Agents specializing in this Segment.

3. Ownership and Servicing of channel partners

4. GWP Achievement V/s allocated targets.
