In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of our software, delivering top-notch technical support, and resolving intricate problems. Application Monitoring and Maintenance :

● Monitor the health and performance of applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.

● Perform routine checks to ensure optimal functionality.

Incident Management:

● Respond to and resolve incidents reported by users or automated monitoring systems.

● Investigate and address the root cause of issues to prevent recurrence.

User Support:

● Provide technical support to end-users facing application issues via email or phone channels.

● Communicate effectively to understand user problems and guide them through issue resolution.

Troubleshooting:

● Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related problems, including software bugs and configuration issues.

● Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Patch and Update Management:

● Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to applications as necessary.

● Ensure that software is up-to-date with the latest security and performance improvements.

● Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic understanding of networking, SQL and technical areas.

● Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills

● Customer Support and Customer Service skills

● Should be self-motivated & willingness to learn

● Ability to handle difficult customers and complex technical issues

● Bachelor's degree in any professional degree or related field

● Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred (Not Mandatory)

Working hours: Monday to Saturday - General shift.
