Job description
Overall operation of the Regional Office, in the absence of Regional Manager.
All the reports and confirmation to be submitted to the Corporate office in a time bound basis.
To ensure all the assets of the branch are functional (CCTV, Security systems, UPS, Inverter etc.)
Renewal of Branch, RO, guest house lease agreements and AMC contracts
Purchase of Fixed assets for Branch/RO
Rent payments - Ensure timely submission of GST invoices and recommending the same for monthly payments/enhancements. Maintaining cordial relation with the landlord. Prompt Renewal of lease agreement of Branches and guest house 6 months in prior to expiry
Branch expansion -Identification of new premises. All other related work once new branch is approved. Installation of AC in all branches within timelines (False Ceiling, Electrical up gradation)
