Job description
Duties and Responsibilities of WM consultant:1. Analyze and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently within the SLA Period in WM module.2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.3. Expertise in WM processes & configuration: Org Structure, Master data, Strategies etc.4. Expertise in standard WM processes & configuration: Physical inventory, Replenishment, Repacking, Kitting, label generation, Returnable packaging, RF scanning process.5. Z developments in WM process6. Conduct Unit, Integration and Regression tests.7. Knowledge in Interfaces: Idocs processing, AIF, API, RFC, PI interfaces8. Knowledge in Kanban process9. Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments10. Extended support for month end activities11. Customer interactions with good communication skill12. Documentation (User manual, Functional specification)
