Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in New Delhi. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of transportation for shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations, procedures, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with dispatching or logistics coordination preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
