Job description
1. Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role specifically as a Social Media Executive.
2. Industry Experience:
o Experience working with womens brands particularly in the mass/lifestyle segment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media and traditional platforms.
2. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new opportunities.
Analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email and social media.
Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts using various analytics tools.
4. Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
5. Brand Management:
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Contribute to the development of brand messaging and positioning.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
Proven experience experience with social media agency
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
We prefer candidates residing in Mumbai as our office is based in Kurla & requires working from office. Outstation candidates or candidates looking for remote job only need not apply for it.
