Job description

Title: HR Head

Education

PG: MBA/PGDM in HR

Preferred candidate profile : -

· Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a HR role.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.

Responsibilities:

Budget Management - Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company. Presenting annual budgets to management team, forecast future budget needs, identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.

Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, mentor junior HR staff, and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Strategic Thinking: Capability to align HR initiatives with the company's long-term goals, creating and implementing strategies that support organizational objectives.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Proficiency in devising effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and conducting thorough candidate assessments.

Employee Relations: Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and handle sensitive issues effectively.

Performance Management: Experience in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, setting KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

HR Policy Development: Ability to create, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with organizational values.

Compensation and Benefits Management: Understanding of designing and administering competitive compensation packages, benefits, and incentive programs.

Training and Development: Skill in designing and implementing employee training programs for skill enhancement and career growth.

HR Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to gather and analyse HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Change Management: Ability to facilitate organizational change, guide transitions, and maintain employee morale during periods of change.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels, convey policies clearly, and represent the company professionally.

Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure the company's HR practices adhere to legal requirements.

These skills collectively contribute to an HR Head's ability to lead the HR department effectively, drive organizational growth, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
