Job description
- Position: Desktop Support Engineer - L2 Support
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in desktop support roles
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Collaborate with L1 & L2 support for issue escalation and resolution.
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements when necessary.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functional.
- Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both onsite and remotely.
