INR 300 000 to 360 000 P.A.

RECRUITMENT & INDUCTION ONBOARDING:

To source the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements and inducting them into Trijog’s functions. Child Therapist Adult Therapist (Part Time/ Full time), Shadow Teacher/Interns, Client Servicing Executives Marketing Interns, HR Interns, Accountant, Accountant Interns, Admin, Corporate Account Manager

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

To ensure each and every employee is invested in conditionally, emotionally and in behaviour toward positive organizational outcomes and to nurture a positive working environment the HR must incorporate the following. o Town Hall: Monthly town-halls to increase employee- management interactions o Knowledge Huts, Case Discussions, In Centre Activities, Annual Meet + AGM, Birthday Celebrations, Diwali Gifts, World Mental Health Day Gifts Daily Motivational Messages

DOCUMENTATION:

According to the Society for Human Resource Management, good documentation provides credibility that shows employees are treated fairly and consistently. It provides clear, concise statements about employee improvements. Employee Records (Pan-Aadhar card, Qualification Certificate, Signed Contract- Non-compete, employee photo, exit interview) Employee Birthday Records Employee Attendance, Exit Interview, Psychologist Profiles APPRAISALS: Performance appraisals boosts the morale of the employees and motivates them to work more towards achieving the goal of the organization. Biannual Appraisals

THERAPIST QUALITY CONTROL:

To maintain and standard and quality a monthly check on documentation for each client by each therapist is mandatory. o Session Summary Worksheet – Keeping a monthly check on each therapist folder to make sure they are completing documentation process in a timely manner. o Onboarding & Induction follow up – Keeping a track on progress record of new employees based on various parameters.

CENTER MANAGEMENT:

Monthly stock- Checking with the admin and ordering monthly stock for the centre. Cleanliness- Weekly checks to make sure the centre is spick and span at all times. Monthly Meeting- To have monthly meetings with in centre employees to come up with (innovative activities for the children, understand incentre requirements).

GRIEVANCES:

An effective grievance procedure ensures an amiable work environment because it redresses the grievance to mutual satisfaction of both the employees and the managers. o Therapist Meetings- Monthly meetings with each therapist to discuss (attendance, performance &any other grievances) o Employee Meetings- Monthly meetings with employees and their teams to discuss (attendance, work flow, performance &any other grievances)
