Position : Bancassurance Manager
Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out strategies to accomplish organizational goals.
- Lead teach and motivate a productive team.
- Examine market developments rivalry and changes in the law for expansion potential and hazards.
- For fulfilment cultivate and maintain important client relationships.
- To maximize profitability manage budgets financial planning and cost controls.
- Create and put into action risk reduction plans while ensuring compliance.
- Find new business opportunities alliances and revenue streams.
- Work closely with agents to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience 4 years in a sales and marketing role within the BFSI sector and life insurance.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
