Job description
IT Asset Management

• Asset tagging, creating barcodes, printing and attaching to the assets
• Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards
• Maintaining the stock of all hardware
• Send hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty
• Keep a track of AMCs for all critical hardware
• Make entries in Asset Management software and manage hardware allocation
• Help in physical asset reconciliation
• Check contract expiry dates and follow up for renewal
Track ordering, dispatch and delivery of items procured & update all stakeholders through reports/status/data.
