This job role requires vision, ability, drive and enthusiasm needed for successful Digital Marketing.
An ability to see the bigger picture, a Group Head should be able to quickly comprehend complex managerial scenarios to develop new and inspiring approaches to a brief.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To demonstrate an understanding of the respective clients marketing strategy and to service the brand, as per the requirements.
Understanding and documenting the clients briefs, creating and implementing JSRs with the internal teams as well. This would also involve weekly and monthly reporting.
Multiple channel management as needed (branding, search, email, web media, etc.)
Work with clients to create a social media strategy that works well with their marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries
Community management and ORM
Stay current with social media trends and tools
Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
Generating new business from existing as well as new clients
Excellent written communication skills
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
4-5 years of relevant work experience
Agency experience will be highly preferred
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/ Marketing / Communication
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within short time frames
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment
Possesses strong interpersonal skills
A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
