Akanksha Singh Basketball is a world-class indoor basketball facility and training center located at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru North. It was founded by Akanksha Singh, former captain of India Basketball, to provide high-quality basketball training to athletes of all levels.

Role Description

We have full and part time roles available for a Basketball Coach. The role will be primarily in player development. Working with groups and individual basketball athletes to help build fundamentals, experience the game with fun, and improve their skill set.

You will be responsible for coaching individuals and teams, creating and executing training plans, communicating with players and other staff members, and continuously evaluating player performance.

Qualifications

• Basketball Coaching and Basketball skills
• Ability to demonstrate basketball fundamentals
• Passion for basketball
• Ability to work with children of all ages
• Experience in either high level play, or coaching and training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work well with teams and individuals
• Experience playing at the state, national or collegiate level
