On the Structural Design front, we offer thorough Structural Analysis, Foundation Design, Load Calculation, Seismic Design, Retrofitting, Steel and Concrete Design, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Role Description
4D Square is looking for a Co-Founder who will be responsible for day-to-day management, sales, marketing, and market research. This is a hybrid role, located in Pune, but flexibility for some remote work can be accommodated. As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee the business operations, identify new business opportunities, and lead the sales and marketing team to drive growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, in the field of Architecture and Structural Design
- Research skills to keep abreast with the current trends
- Business management skills, especially related to financial management, account management, and client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or Structural Engineering required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Architecture and Structural Design industry, with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of leadership and business management
- Strong team player, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
