Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration and Infrastructure Manager located in Madurai. The Manager will oversee the administration and management of the branch infrastructure, Office AMCs, Merger / Shifting and New Site Identification, Signage and Visibility Requirements, Cost Control Measures and Asset Tracking including administrative processes and communication and Statutory Requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's in administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure management and administration, as well as management of communication
• Proficiency in handling branch infrastructure, Office AMCs, Merger / Shifting and New Site Identification, Signage and Visibility Requirements, Cost Control Measures and Asset Tracking
• Experience working in the financial industry is preferred
• Strong ability to think critically and strategically, and to meet objectives and deliverables on time, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including business stakeholders, vendors, and other teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
