Position: Social Media Manager & Admin Intern
Location: Remote (Work from Home) with Weekly On-campus Requirement
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Provided based on skills and experience
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for Cherubs Preschool's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor comments, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Content Creation:
- Generate creative and relevant content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
Community Engagement:
- Foster relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community through social media interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize virtual events and campaigns to promote parent engagement and participation.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, workshops, and events for staff and parents.
- Provide support to the preschool administration as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Instagram, Google Ads) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus.
