Job Location : Uruli Kanchan, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and coordinate transportation activities, including freight management, route planning, and carrier selection.
- Manage C&F warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage optimization, order fulfilment and ensure accurate stock management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in logistics management
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes (road/rail/air/ocean) and experience in managing freight forwarding operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
