*Role Description:*
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Dean - School of Nursing. The Dean - School of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the School of Nursing, which includes curriculum development, accreditation, program development, faculty development, and nursing education.

*Qualifications:*
- Experience in curriculum development, program development, and accreditation
- Experience in nursing education and faculty development
- Candidates with High Impact Research, Publication and Research Projects will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders
- A doctoral degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Experience in academic administration is preferred
- Having experience in managing healthcare facilities, research ventures, and international collaborations is an added advantage.
