Job description
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled 3D Motion Graphics Designer/ Animator to join our team. As a 3D Motion Graphics Designer/ Animator the person will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating captivating visual content for various digital platforms, including product models, videos, advertisements, presentations, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, motion, and storytelling, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software tools and techniques.
What will you do? ● Conceptualize and develop visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that effectively communicate ideas and messages. ● Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and video editors, to brainstorm and execute concepts for projects. ● Create storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments to convey design ideas and animation sequences. ● Design and animate titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and other graphical elements for videos and multimedia projects. ● Incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance visual storytelling and create engaging multimedia experiences. ● Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices for motion graphics and animation. ● Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established style guidelines across all projects. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Provide creative input and contribute to the overall success of projects through innovative design solutions and collaboration. ● Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and solicit feedback. You should apply if you have: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in 3D Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects, or related field. ● Proven experience creating 3D models, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media, preferably in a professional or agency setting. ● Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Blender, Maya, Rhino, Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. ● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. ● Excellent storytelling and narrative skills with the ability to bring concepts to life through motion and animation. ● Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, timing, and motion dynamics. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, take constructive feedback, and iterate on designs. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. ● Knowledge of video editing, compositing, and 3D animation techniques is a plus. ● Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D motion graphics projects and creative work.
