Location : Pune/Mumbai
Responsibilities - **SAP HR and SuccessFactors Expertise:** Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules to support HR processes enhancements and system maintenance.
- **U.S. Payroll Management: ** Ensure accurate and timely processing of U.S. payroll staying updated with tax regulations deductions and compliance.
- **System Integration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain system integrations between SAP HR SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.
- **Data Management:** Maintain data integrity within SAP HR and SuccessFactors regularly auditing and correcting discrepancies.
- **User Support:** Provide assistance and training to HR and payroll users troubleshooting issues and ensuring system adoption.
- **troubleshoot:** experience in troubleshooting SAP Job failures integration errors between different systems
- **Compliance:** Stay current with HR and payroll laws regulations and best practices to ensure legal compliance in all processes.
- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations processes and system changes. Documenting know-how/creating incident resolution procedures.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with external vendors consultants and internal stakeholders on system upgrades and projects. Readiness to work in 24x7 shifts with on-call support
