Job Title: Director of Cyber Risk Advisory

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join as the Director of Cyber Risk Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and risk management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Cyber Risk Advisory team, providing strategic guidance to clients, and overseeing the development and implementation of effective cybersecurity risk management programs.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the Cyber Risk Advisory team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and risks, and providing strategic cybersecurity guidance.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity risk management services.
- Cyber Risk Assessments:
- Conduct comprehensive cyber risk assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities, threats, and potential impacts on their business operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and provide recommendations for improving overall cybersecurity posture.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and enhance cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and industry best practices.
- Incident Response and Management:
- Develop and oversee incident response plans, ensuring timely and effective response to cybersecurity incidents.
- Provide leadership during cybersecurity incidents, coordinating response efforts and communication with stakeholders.
- Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for clients to enhance employee awareness and promote a strong cybersecurity culture.
- Vendor and Technology Evaluation:
- Evaluate cybersecurity technologies and solutions, making recommendations for implementation based on the organization's risk profile and requirements.
- Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on cybersecurity risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation efforts for both internal and external stakeholders.
