Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. We are hiring for Telecallers, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Collection Managers. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with customers and clients, to manage and lead a team, and to ensure the team achieves monthly targets. The role also involves performing data analysis, maintaining an up-to-date database, managing records, and providing timely reports.
Qualifications
- For Telecallers: prior experience in telemarketing, call center, collections, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- For Team Leaders and Assistant Managers: prior experience in managing teams in a related field. Good leadership skills, the ability to motivate and train team members, and experience in developing strategies to achieve team targets.
- For Collection Managers: prior experience in managing collections in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of collections processes, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members, attention to details, and the ability to work independently and deliver targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably other regional languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- SSC / HSC or Graduate in any other relevant field. Additional certifications in Debt recovery certification are preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
