Job description
- Own the design of global standards for RTR processes, including the technology applications deployed to support these.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define design principles, including policy and control requirements.
- Drive the adoption of these standards across Finance Services and markets to enable increased process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the Group Finance Controller in the management of RTR focused steering forums.
- Develop and monitor process KPIs to identify adoption gaps, opportunities for improvement and further operational value.
- Deliver process improvements to the global template to support changing business requirements.
- Own the reporting catalogue for the processes in scope.
- Support target system architecture ( TSA ) deployment programmes, through business readiness activities, training delivery and testing support. Drive key decisions to eliminate deviations outside those potentially needed to comply with tax, legal or statutory requirements.
- Support the achievement of the Finance Operating Model, especially in relation to controllership, reporting, and offshoring.
- Own all process documentation (including taxonomy and training materials) relating to the template.
- Enable process communities to drive consistency and ensure shared knowledge across Finance Services centres and markets.
- Actively support the achievement of the business benefits sought by the target systems architecture being deployed.

Knowledge and Qualifications
- Accounting qualification essential
- Clear experience in leading process improvement projects, as well as large scale ERP implementations and associated business transformation.
- Solid experience with process re-engineering within a disperse organisation, including shared service environments, often in a matrix organization undergoing significant change.
- Proven experience of project management skills.
- Fluent English language skills, other languages an advantage but not pre-requisite.
