Job description
Role: Partner Marketing Manager/ Channel Marketing Manager
Overall Experience: (5-7) years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment, planning and execution of Autodesk's marketing programs to support business
priorities through our partners
• Build strong relationships with sales stakeholders, partner managers, demand generation and other
internal teams to drive partner success
• Actively support partner marketing planning process including quarterly and annual marketing
plans, marketing development fund planning and results, and other partner activities
• Manage communications with channel partners to drive awareness of new campaigns, product
updates, compliance, and business news
• Manage internal communications, so key Autodesk stakeholders are aware of partner plans, results reporting, and compliance issues
• Collaborate and work with internal teams to determine regional priorities and focus areas for each quarter.
Deliver priorities and campaigns to partners at the Quarterly Marketing briefing each quarter, as well as regular marketing sessions, to discuss campaign suggestions, partner marketing plans, best practices, marketing tactic guidance, ROI data analysis and marketing enablement.
• Quarterly partner marketing reviews with key stakeholders within the partner organization and Autodesk internal stakeholders
• Report and present quarterly marketing results and highlights to internal audience
• Deliver Quarterly Marketing briefings to partners and advice on marketing tactics and campaigns
• Schedule 1:1 Partner marketing planning sessions with named partners and all Autodesk key stakeholders
• MDP allocation and budget management. Liaise with all key Autodesk stakeholders on MDP requests to gather inputs to make sure that partners are aligned with Autodesk priorities
• Identify partner's marketing capabilities and their gaps
• Enablement plans. Work with partners on any marketing gaps and leveraging the Global Partner Marketing Enablement team
