Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai office. The

will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media content and campaigns across various platforms. The

Digital Marketing Specialist

will also be responsible for generating and analyzing performance reports and providing strategic recommendations based on insights.

Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy Development: Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.

2. Social Media Management: Proficiency in developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Capable of creating engaging and shareable content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

3. Email Marketing: Experience in designing and executing targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and promote real estate services. Ability to analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.

4. Online Advertising: Competence in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Skill in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

5. Content Creation: Proficient in developing high-quality and visually appealing content for online platforms, including blog posts, videos, and infographics. Ensuring content is aligned with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Ability to utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Providing regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics. Experience with SEO, PPC, SEM, content marketing, and web development. Knowledge of marketing automation tools. Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

8. Additional Skills: Experience in the technology industry is a bonus. Familiarity with Google Campaigns (AdWords & Display). Ability to maintain and optimize ads based on analytics and ad results. Knowledge of Google My Business updates and content creation. Design skills to curate content for landing pages and Google Display Network. Ability to structure and design Google Analytics, utilizing it to better understand the customer journey and measure goals. Proficiency in developing and monitoring campaign budgets. Preparation of accurate reports on campaign performance, including Google Analytics reports. Development of monthly marketing calendars. Management of all Social Media Platforms, including content curation, posting, and community management. Design, development, and execution of campaigns across social media platforms. Ability to tweak campaigns along the month for optimization. Preparation of accurate reports on SMS campaign performance.
