Job description
ÂCivil Engineering with MBAÂ
Preferably BE/B. Tech with PG degree in construction management/ MBA with min of 15 years' experience in refurbishment cum new building construction of sustainable projects with dispersed sites.
Analysis and design of all buildings (new sections and retrofitting of existing sections) and facilities as per the latest IS Codes, focusing on the potential hazards such as seismic, wind, landslide, flash flood, etc.
Incorporate green building technologies based on local materials to the extent feasible.
Preparation of all calculations, interacting with the design division, and getting approval from appropriate authorities.
Preparation of working drawings with the help of draftsman.
Guide collation of all civil works related data as well as documentation of all informationÂ
preparation of detailed BOQs, bid documents, and DPRs.
