Customer Advocacy Manager – RDAF

Work with Retail practice management to develop and execute the customer advocacy plans, which includes monitoring and taking cross team efforts to bring consistent improvements in project status consistently. Ensure a always successful approach for implementation by working with and directing a cross-functional project team (with Solution Architects), portfolio and various internal coe’s and partner teams. Act as primary interface with the various internal teams including portfolio regarding customer advocacy across the practice.

What you’ll do for us…

Understand in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery with exposure to customers spanning industry verticals like Retail/ distribution/ apparel and footwear (RDAF) Create a detailed Escalation solving plan/Start helping in developing Early warning escalation systems and align the stakeholders at portfolio across geographies on the jointly developed project plan, milestones, timelines. Ensure the team can work together to accomplish the deliverables and try to mitigate any risks/communicate any deviations from the plan. Work with cross functional o9 teams to provide suitable resolutions for chaotic customer related situations. Continually engage with the client partners/managers to manage priorities and expectations. Provide thought leadership in terms of designs and best practices to the client managers and the team. Ensure timely and periodic communication with regards to the progress and anticipated concerns to the client managers SW tools used primarily: Excel, MS-Powerpoint

What you’ll have...

7-10 Years of overall experience with 5 years of escalation management experience in supply chain projects (good to have experience with Retail/distribution/apparel and footwear related clients projects) Should have handled EU and US customers, Asian markets are good to have. Should have some background in SCM/Retail/Analytics or done ERP implementations. Ability to work with and as a true team member Structured and organized in working style with an ability to handle high pressure. Planning practitioner’s knowledge Extreme focus on customer value realization Prior experience with planning implementations.
