8-12 Years of experience in atop tier software company in Product Management/Business Analysis with a focuson building Core Banking and financial Applications
Must have contributed toproduct roadmaps, creation of stories, planning or releases and market study toconceptualize and build products for large financial institutions.
Subject matter expert inbuilding and/or implementing Core Banking System
Expert level knowledge of Coreor central Banking function with a good understanding of front, middle andback-office applications
Strong practical, workingknowledge of Agile SDLC and experience in inbound and outbound productmanagement firm or software product company is highly preferred.
Strong documentation andanalysis skills
Strong negotiation,organization, management, analytical and people skills
CSPO / Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) PO/PM certification and/or experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the collection,description, analysis, and prioritization of product requirements and serve asa primary Core Banking System product expert.
Do product requirementsmanagement with minimal guidance, co-ordinate development and release process.
Contribute to the Product Roadmapby keeping track of innovation trends, regulatory environment, competitivelandscape.
Develop scope and defineproduct backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the developmentteam and manage prioritization.
Work with Quality Assurance toensure thorough testing of new software before release.
Ensure metrics, deadlines, andrecord-keeping obligations established by management are met.
Lead the development andmaintenance of various product collateral / documents including productpresentations, training guides, product brochures, FAQs, user guides, anddemos.
