Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media efforts ahead of the curve.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms. Curate relevant content from various sources to maintain a diverse and appealing social media presence.
- Community Engagement: Foster and grow an active and engaged community across all social media channels. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B IT.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative technical content.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate their insights into engaging social media content.
