The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies. The Sales Analytics Specialist will collaborate with various departments to enhance decision-making processes, drive sales performance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications: •Master’s in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, or Engineering from a reputed college Key Roles and Responsibilities: •Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and Sales priorities. •Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and enhance sales strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights. •Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from Sales data. •Conduct predictive modeling and scenario analysis to support sales strategy. •Provide consultative support to business leaders on using analytics to make informed decisions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in sales analytics. •Continuously enhance analytics processes and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
