Job description – Mechanical trainer

Responsible for
1. Training students in Mechanical stream like basic machines, CNC Turn/Mill.
2. Adequate knowledge of Additive manufacturing.
3. Good knowledge in software's like Creo, Mastercam and CADD.
4. Conducting evaluation of student's skills and knowledge to identify the area of improvement.
5. Supporting CNC Machining activities for other departments by involving the trainees.
6. Supporting in ISO related activities and document preparation.
7. Planning and procurement of materials and tools for training purpose.
8. Conducting training for cross functional team on need basis.
9. Supporting and mentoring of trainees.
10. Training students in autonomous maintenance and ensuring basic condition of machines.
11. Supporting LMS activities.
12. Responsible for Continual improvement activity at training centre.
13. Ensuring shop floor safety during training.
