Job Description Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative culture to ensure the team's success.Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, goals, and market position. Develop plans for demand generation, performance optimization, branding, and channel marketing.Demand Generation: Implement effective demand generation campaigns and programs to drive awareness, interest, and engagement among target audiences. Analyze campaign performance, make data-driven improvements, and optimize conversion rates.Branding: Oversee the development and execution of branding strategies to establish a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and continuously seek opportunities for brand enhancement.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation initiatives to capture and nurture leads throughout the marketing funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to align efforts and ensure seamless lead handoff.
SEO and Content Marketing: Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility. Work with the content team to create compelling, relevant, and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
Event Management: Plan and execute impactful marketing events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions and foster industry partnerships.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Use insights to make informed decisions and refine marketing approaches.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 7-12 years in progressively responsible marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, branding, channel marketing, lead generation, SEO, event management, and content creation.
Demonstrated success in B2B marketing within the SAAS industry or technology sector.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
