As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to clients in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6 Months- to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales prospecting and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- In-depth product knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Visit potential clients to present and demonstrate our marketing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-sales issues or concerns
