Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Raipur, India. As a Social Media Executive at GrowthX Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth for our clients. This is an onsite role that offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of diverse digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics.

Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community Management: Monitor and actively engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies and tactics for client campaigns.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on social media activities, campaign performance, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
