Job description
Client: Our client is one of the India's leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Developers specializing in Residential, Commercial & Hospitality Projects.
Industry Focus: Candidates with prior experience exclusively within Real Estate Companies.
Strategic Focus:
- Manage sales leads and site operations, adapting to local market dynamics and competition.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, aiming to minimize complaints and cultivate brand advocacy.
Operational Focus:
- Maintain customer database, generate leads from calls and exhibitions, and segment prospects.
- Facilitate presentations and meetings with corporate clients, coordinating customization and pricing details.
- Establish communication standards and channels for customer interaction, overseeing lead generation and follow-up.
- Train and support frontline staff in handling customer queries and onsite interactions.
People Focus:
- Recruit, develop, and retain team members, enforcing HR policies and conducting performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure team success and identify training needs.
- Strategize talent retention initiatives to minimize attrition rates.
Education and Experience:
- MBA with Marketing specialization from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate Industry.
