Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Ui path automation
We are seeking an experienced Automation Consultant with expertise in UiPath to join our team. As a UiPath Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver customized solutions to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
§ Design end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform, including process mapping, workflow design, and automation architecture.
§ Develop and configure UiPath robots, workflows, and automations to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business processes.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
§ Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on best practices for RPA implementation, governance, and maintenance.
§ Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on UiPath capabilities and empower them to manage and maintain their automation solutions.
§ Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
§ Monitor and evaluate automation performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and ROI.
§ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA and automation to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
§ Contribute to the development of reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate automation development and implementation.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
§ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
§ Extensive experience in robotic process automation (RPA) with a focus on UiPath, including architecture, development, and deployment of complex automation solutions.
§ Proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives, managing project teams, and delivering transformative business outcomes.
§ Strong technical proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java, as well as scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
§ Excellent understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to assess, optimize, and automate diverse business processes.
§ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and clients towards automation excellence.
§ Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, thought leadership, and continuous improvement in automation strategies, tools, and techniques.
§ Certification in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified Solution Architect) is highly desirable.
