POSITION SUMMARY
Program Manager - Partner Programs will handle dual responsibilities for managing Bentley Training Partners in an assigned region & also collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient processes and workflows for the execution of the partner programs. This position requires us to analyze and evaluate the Partner Business needs (for all partner programs) to capture the requirements to drive process improvements, automation, standardization, cost, and error risk reduction. Also, ensuring the success of Training Partners, but ensuring that partners have their annual & quarterly goals and are driven to achieve business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Bentley Training partners in an assigned region and achieve desired outcome.
Work closely with partners for their annual & quarterly business plans and support them to achieve success.
Drive partner satisfaction by collaborating with various teams to ensure that partners are supported in time.
Foster strong relationships with key Partners, serving as a primary point of contact for business workflow and business solution matters.
Analyze and evaluate the Partner Business needs to capture the requirements for business solutions.
Collaborate with Partner Program and Operations functions as well as with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient processes and workflows for partner onboarding and enablement, sales and compensation, technical consultation and support, operations, and reporting.
Develop and maintain Partner Program documentation and guidelines, to streamline program management and ensure consistency.
Liaise with the Digital Experience team for the implementation and optimization of systems and tools that support partner business development, partner programs, and partner program operations to facilitate self-service for Bentley and Partner roles, leading to cost reduction, transparency, and better business control.

QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA or MBA Degree or Equivalent in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey business processes and workflows.
Excellent organizational, networking and coordination skills
Excellent communication is required both verbal and writing with fluency in English
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in partner network management, process and change management, preferably in partner programs or channel management.
Experience in Change Management to adopt new or changed business processes and workflows.
5+ years of experience working in IT or Software industry (is preferred)
Proficient and experienced in working with CRM and ERP systems, PRM desirable, MS Office & PowerBI (Preferred)
Experience in new business application implementation/ adoption.
Proficient in Visio or similar for process and workflow documentation, Excel, and other MS office applications.
