Job description
• To ensure desired customer delight by providing satisfactory response to customer interaction.
• Manage Customer Interactions through chat Inbound & out bound (voice contact) through his/her team for the various services.
• Creating an inspiring team environment
• Evolve more effective work process for improving customer interactions.
Should be working as TL on paper for 1yr ( Minimum)
Should be Working as Assistant Manager on paper for Minimum 1 year
Process - Domestic Process ( Preferably from Ecommerce Industry)
working Location - Kundlu Gate Bangalore - 6 days working
