- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, and financial statement reporting.
- Prepare Inventory Reconciliation regularly and follow up with stakeholders for clearing old ageing. Prepare various inventory related provisions as per the company's policy and have it audited by statutory/internal auditors, resolving audit queries to the satisfaction of the auditors.
- Workings related to warranty (including insurance) and its amortization. Ensure month/quarter end related provisions.
- Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies, systems, and processes for smooth transaction functioning and reporting.
- Prepare monthly/Quarterly segment reporting statements and report quarterly segments to senior management for financial reporting.
- Handle PAN India Bank Reconciliation activities.
- Prepare business analysis monthly on various expense heads, providing insights to the CFO and respective departments for current transactions/events along with areas for improvement. Strengthen processes and controls for future savings through corrective measures and various initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal control over financial reporting for areas directly in charge.

- You cannot withdraw from the assignment once training is given or 1 day before the assignment, whichever is earlier. Else, you will be blocked from the Long Shot app for 6 months.
- Do not back out or withdraw from the assignment before completion. In such cases, Long Shot may hold the pending fee.
