- Developing a global digital transformation roadmap to deliver the strategy and objectives (direct and indirect savings; experience etc.) of TBS.
- Execute Digital strategy by championing strategic initiatives such as Enterprise Automation Factory; Every day Digital Skills and Automated journeys; focused on driving and delivering digitalization across our teams globally
- Lead enterprise wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes and operating models incorporating latest emerging and disruptive technologies (AI / Machine Learning / RPA / Chatbots; etc.)
- Lead the Digital transformation COE globally and continue to build strong digital capabilities within the COE and Federate RPA across all our hubs
- Demonstrate thought leadership by a creating a vision of future state operating models and then induct emerging new technologies and practices through applied research and proof of value.
- Analysing business requirements; proactively identifying our most complex problems and opportunities to deliver value and improve customer experience – innovating and bringing these ideas to life; ensuring decisions are data based and value is delivered quickly.
- Lead the product strategy and ownership for all platforms inducted and used in Tesco Business Services; including road map; contract; licensing and vendor relationship.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Tesco Group to identify opportunities; scope requirements and influence change for the progression of the organisation; where dependencies exist.
- Leading a high performing team across diverse geographies and cultures; mentor; motivate and develop team members to deliver both business and personal objectives.
- Influence Senior stakeholders outside our hubs; and drive the expansion of our automation footprint for teams in Markets and in other group companies
- Build and Maintain great relationships with business units and technology teams; conduct regular governances and work with them to unblock issues and constraints
- Champion the wellbeing of our colleagues and deliver above average scores in our colleague satisfaction surveys

Experience in driving Technology Enabled transformation initiatives such as RPA, ML, AI, etc... Experience in setting up and / or managing a Centre of Excellence Experience in delivering Medium or Large scale transformation projects Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, LEAN, process improvement and similar improvement concepts Working Knowledge of product and platform management
