Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Business Partner role located at Pune. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and managing performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR policies
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and find effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
