Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources Job Location: Mohali, Punjab Shift Timing: Night Shift Workplace: On-Site (No Remote Work)
Job Overview: As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic HR support, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational objectives. • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Employee Relations: • Act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. Performance Management: • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans. • Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans. Training and Development: • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. • Support career development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce. Employee Engagement: • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. • Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and implement action plans based on results. HR Policy and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. • Develop and update HR policies as needed, communicating changes to employees. Change Management: • Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on communication, training, and employee impact assessments. • Facilitate smooth transitions during periods of organizational change. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to the Staffing industry. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus. • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirableJob tags
