Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at Reliance Retail. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP financial accounting and controlling modules, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes and providing end-to-end solutions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules
- Experience in SAP GL & Accounting, Treasury module, Asset Management, and SAP Products
- Proficiency in SAP project systems and enhancement techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Certification in SAP FICO is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions for financial accounting and controlling processes
- Perform system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO modules
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous enhancements
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions
